Catherine's will (E-110) dated 1 September 1845; pro'd Dec. 1846, mentio ns three deceased children: Polly Masterson, Phillip Hathaway, Lucy Ann R ogers; dau. Emma Simpson, now living and sons, Robert M. and E. A. Hathawa y. ¹

Catherine married Jonathan Hathaway, son of Phillip Hathaway and Catura Fairchild. (Jonathan Hathaway was born before 26 Jul 1766 in New Jersey ^{1 2} and died in 1829 in Montgomery, KY ^{1 2}.)
