William Fielder and Mildred [nee Webber], his wife, to Philip Webber 94 acres that Francis Stone lives on, waters of Red River for the sum of $1.00. Mildred Fielder was Philip Webber's sister.
" This Indenture made the first day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty between William Fielder and Mildred his wife of the one part and Philip Weber of the other part witnesseth.
Whereas William Fielder and Mildred his wife granted bargained and sold unto Philip Weber a certain tract or parcel of land containing ninety four acres being part of a survey of two thousand acres made in the name of Thomas Bell, to include the plantation Francis Stone now lives in bounded as follows (viz) Beginning at a hickory an a dogwood on the waters of Red River in the County of Estill state of Kentucky at B thence S51* E60 poles to a Dogwood and hickory at C. Thence S88E24 poles to dogwood and hickory at D. at the cleft of rocks, thence binding on said cliff N52*E18 poles, N62E28 poles, N60E18 poles, N49E20 poles, N55E18 poles, N36E26 poles to lo sugar tree and dogwood at K corner to John Matherly thence with his line N6W28 poles to a beech and sugar tree, at L, thence N22W22 poles to a stake, in the intersection of William Fielder's line with Elijah Vaughn, at M.
Thence with Vaughns line West 140 poles to a white walnut white oak and two sugar trees corner to said Vaughn at A thence with Sampson Wilsons line south 104 poles to the Beginning for the sum of one dollar to them in
> To have and to hold with all its appurtenances< hand paid the receipt whereof they do acknowledge them selves satisfied on a will warrant and defend from them the said William Fielder and Mildred his wife forever and from all persons claiming through or by them forever but will not be answerable for no other claim or claims or conflicting titles hanging over said land. 1823 Between Philip Webber of the County of
Estill and State of Kentucky of the one part
and Francis Stone of the Otherpart Witnesseth
that Whereas said Philip Webber has granted
bargained and sold unto the said Francis Stone
a certain tract or parcel of land lying in
County of Estill and State of Kentucky on the
waters of the Red River including the plantation
that the said Stone now lives on for the sum of
three hundred Dollars lawful money of Kentucky
the receipt whereof he doth herby acknowledge himself
