Thence with Vaughns line West 140 poles to a white walnut white oak and two sugar trees corner to said Vaughn at A thence with Sampson Wilsons line south 104 poles to the Beginning for the sum of one dollar to them in > To have and to hold with all its appurtenances< hand paid the receipt whereof they do acknowledge them selves satisfied on a will warrant and defend from them the said William Fielder and Mildred his wife forever and from all persons claiming through or by them forever but will not be answerable for no other claim or claims or conflicting titles hanging over said land.
