a date that contradicts the Lilburn Kingsberry cemetery book. His book appears to have mixed the death dates of Owen and Frances. Owen's will was probated in Howard County in 1864, thus we can be certain that 1864 was his death date rather than Frances'. Francis' death date is estimated as one month before the first probate court action on her estate June 8, 1875
